RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

please be aware that all sales are final.  As garments are hand made to order, we are unable to to offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Please choose your products and colours carefully and feel free to reach out for assistance if you are unsure of any size/colour before you purchase. you can do this via the contact us page of the website. We encourage adding your measurements in the notes upon purchase to ensure an exact fit.  

As all garments are handmade and shipped we have taken the time to thoroughly check your order before dispatch. 

we will not offer any exchanges or refunds due to normal wear and tear or any issues whilst not following the care instructions. 

Returns may be offered at our discretion in the event that you find fault with your product and contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

For all custom orders we will be in contact via email during the design and construction of your garment. We encourage all thoughts feelings and emotions to be conveyed before the final product is shipped to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.

If you need something by a particular date please feel free to contact us directly, we can potentially get things out in a faster time frame depending on other work back log. 

Shipping time will depend on Australia posts delivery times to your area/ country.
